Chinaoil (Singapore) International Pte Ltd (“Chinaoil SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National United Oil Corporation(“Chinaoil”), was registered in Singapore in October 2000 with a share capital of SGD1 million. Chinaoil SG has been awarded the "Global Trader Programme" status by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore, and was accredited as one of the "50 Fastest Growing Companies in Singapore" by the DP Information Group for two consecutive years (2006 and 2007).

Chinaoil SG leverages the strengths of China National Petroleum Corporation (“CNPC”) to actively explore the Far East petroleum products market. Its businesses also cover the import and export of refined oil products for CNPC system as well as third party trading. The company has built up good market reputation and achieved a trading revenue of more than USD3 billion in 2009.
